How long will it take to get my order? At Babeaze we endeavour to process all stocked items within 2 days of receiving your order. Orders are shipped using the the best carrier depending on the location. For products being shipped within Australia orders should arrive within 5 - 10 working days after the shipment. My Order is over 20kg & I am overseas - what is the delivery cost? For orders over 20kg to overseas destinations you need to contact us for an individual quote. Please email enquiries@babeaze.com.au with your order & we will obtain a shipping quote for you Return Policy We at Babeaze want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from our store.
Babeaze understands that Internet shopping is different from conventional shopping. Therefore we are committed to providing the best products possible. If a product is unsuitable, please return it to us with postage paid, within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price. All products must be returned as new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. The following procedure must be undertaken. 1. Call (02) 49 462807 or e-mail enquiries@babeaze.com.au with your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund.
2. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) which is to be written on the outside of the returned package. At the same time you will be given the address to return the package to. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, Babeaze will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling.
