Competition Terms

Competitions are subject to the privacy policy and website terms and conditions of Laveen Distributors Pty Ltd t/as Babeaze (“Babeaze”).

The following rules shall apply, together with any instructions or rules specific to any current competition. By entering any of our competitions, you are deemed to have accepted the following:

Competitions are open to all Babeaze website users, except for Babeaze employees and their relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the prize offered in this competition. (see notes re Footy Tipping Competitions below)  Babeaze reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

By taking part in the competition, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail address are accurate, and that Babeaze is informed of any changes to these. Babeaze accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that the prize has been awarded.

All entries are the property of Babeaze. By entering the competition, you thereby assign absolutely the copyright and all other rights in the entry for the full period of the copyright.

Babeaze reserve the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these rules.

Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Babeaze reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

All taxes, insurances, transfers and other expenses resulting from the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

Failure to claim a prize within the time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.

Babeaze reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition as necessary.

In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of Babeaze will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Subscriber Draw

All subscribers are automatically entered into the draw for competitions that are run periodically by Babeaze.  It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that they have current contact details.  Winners are notified by email and must contact Babeaze within the stipulated period of time.

Refer a friend Draw

In order to qualify for the “refer a friend” draw you must advise your friend that they will be contacted by us for confirmation that they were introduced to the site by you.  You and your friend must be a current subscriber at the time of the competition draw with current contact details.

Footy Tipping Competitions

Whilst Babeaze staff, family members & business associates are able to join the competition they will not be awarded any prizes.  In the event that they are ‘Tip the round” winners there will be no prize awarded, however if they are the overall competition winners the next highest scorer will be awarded with the grand prize.

Should be two or more final winners the prize will be divided between the winners.  For Pick the Round winners all will be awarded a prize for that round.

General Terms & conditions in relation to the Footy Tipping competition are available at www.footytipping.com.au and Babeaze has no control over the amendment of them.  It is the responsibility of the tipper to ensure that tips are submitted before allocated closing times.

Babeaze is not responsible and has no control of any marketing material that is sent via www.footytipping.com.au.
